About SORLA
SORLA is a collaborative staff-development initiative sponsored by seven Minnesota school districts and open to all pre-K through 12 educators. Our goals are top-quality professional development in a top-quality venue for great presenters. Classes are half-day or full-day. We offer classes in all of the licensure areas as well as reading, writing, math, science, the brain, the arts, classroom management, instructional strategies, listening, intercultural awareness, communications, and more.
SORLA participants are . . . teachers, administrators, substitutes, paraprofessionals, social workers, and nurses . . . working in public schools, charter schools, and private schools in Minnesota and as far away as Bucharest (!) . . . or not currently working in education but interested in licensure CEUs. Every educator is welcome!
